Incredibly cheap and crappy and yet awesome too October 14, 2008
Real quick, This knife comes with the knife with hollow handle, A baggie with matches and striking paper, Fishing hook=line in the handle, A compass on the inside cap of the handle, And the sheath. Let me say this, If you want this for a survival situation, You will die. This knife is useless for survival, It is useless for anything except being awesome. First off, The handle is a cheap plastic, And the knife does not have a full tang. It is pinned into the top one inch of the cheap crappy plastic. One good hit against something and it will break out of the handle. The steel is a cheap bk-1281 that will hold an edge worse then a knife made of cheese. The blade is so thing I could snap it with a 2 finger hold, Literally. That said this knife is kinda cool. When I got the box I thought it was empty, It was so light. The knife inside was in the sheath ready to go, No plastic or paper, just knife and sheath. it is sharp for now, And looks cool. I am going to use it for a tackle box knife because it is cheap and if it breaks or I drop it in the lake, Who cares? However it floats for the record, If the cap is on all the way Under any real use this knife will not last a week, If even a day. But still, Get this knife. it is a beater for a task you would not want to ruin a good knife on. Not to mention it looks cool and can be used for meaningless tasks.
